He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Barnard and Betty Barnard (Kirkpatrick). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Barnard of Vandalia, Illinois; his children, Frank Barnard of Vandalia, Clayton Hall (Felicia) of Wilmington, Illinois, Shannon Reed of St. Elmo and Missi Tkacsik of Seymour, Georgia; his brother Larry Barnard of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Dana Orr, Shana Reed, Jamie Tkacsik, Jacob Tkacsik and Arya Hall. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
