He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lee and Bonnie L. Rush (Craig). He is survived by: his wife LJean Rush of Vandalia; his daughters, Rhonda Stilwell of Shobonier and Kathy (Ed McCarty) of Vandalia; his grandchildren, Jamie Elmore, Justin Elmore (Natasha), Samantha Reynolds, Todd Parke, Jake Cain (Nicole), Joshua McCarty (Andria) and Kari (Dustin Fulk); his great grandchildren, Egan, Rylee, Joslyn, Noah, Rhett, Ross, Brenton, Everlie, Quinn and Daxton; and his friend Kevin Elam.
