We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2021, at the age of 66, Phillip W Kuehn of Vandalia, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kuehn and Mary Lee Kuehn (Walker); his brother Doug Kuehn; and his daughter D. Ja'Nette Kuehn-Cox. He is survived by: his son Douglas Kuehn; his grandchildren, William Cox, Morganna Cox, Eleanora Bock and Owen Kuehn; his daughter-in-law Erin Bock; and his cousins, Cynthia Simmons, Nancy Thompson, Marsha Roberts, Carl Dahmer, Don Clark, Velma Simpson, Ruth Robinson, Rose Bost, Lindell Parrish and Marla Rathjen.
