Peggy Louise Rikli Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Louise Rikli of Vandalia, Illinois, born in Goessel, Kansas, who passed away on October 13, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Kaiser and Bernice Kaiser (Moss). She is survived by: her husband Richard; her sons, Joshua Rikli (Lisa) of Independence, MO, Daniel Rikli (Nicolette) of Vandalia, IL and David Rikli (Joy) of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Makayla Rikli, Mariah Rikli, Marissa Rikli, Elijah Rikli, Isaiah Rikli, Liam Rikli and Camden Rikli; her great grandchildren, Tessa, Jazmyne and Ah'lyah; and her brothers, Randy Kaiser (Pat) of Winfield, KS and Gordon (Virginia).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (726 W Fillmore St, Vandalia, IL 62471).
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Taylor Wollerman Memorial Scholarship, Judevine Center for Autism, St. Louis, Mo, and Tammy Walker Cancer Center, Salina, KS.
