She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Leroy and Pauline Bernice Lewis (Crothers); her grandmother Katie Cable; her brother Michael Lewis; and her aunts and uncles, Earl Crothers, Danny Cable, Nina Geddes and Mary Grubaugh.

She is survived by: her husband Billy Hoffman of Vandalia; her children, David Hoffman (Tanya) of Vandalia and Teresa (James Fox) of Plainfield; her grandchildren, Ryan Roggelin, Justin Roggelin, Brennen Hoffman, Catti Hoffman and Kaven Hoffman (Jaden); her aunt Doris Cable; her nephew Timmy Lewis; and her niece Cindy Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
