She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Burle, Mildred Smith, Barbara Ann Littlejohn and John Harkins; her brother Danny Jarrett II; and her father-in-law George Quick.
She is survived by: her parents, Milton Smith (Cathy Johnstone) and Nancy Harkins Smith (Larry Shonk) of Centralia; her husband Danny Quick of Vandalia; her children, Kayla (Glen Hazzard Jr.) of Fillmore and David "DJ" Zanchetti III (Harlie) of Glasgow, KY; her stepson Chase Quick (Ariel) of Effingham; her grandchildren, Carley Goff, Aurora Quick, Ellison Zanchetti, Elijah Zanchetti and Aubree Quick; her sisters, Rachel Jarrett, Jennifer (Chuck Gause), Casey Washington and Ashley Smith; her mother-in-law Billie Quick of Shelbyville; and her siblings-in-law, Lori Griffin, Pat Guiot (Michelle) and Randy Quick (Beverly). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; several extended family members and friends.
