It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melvin Eugene Skinner (Vandalia, Illinois), born in Keyesport, Illinois, who passed away on June 13, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred M. Skinner and Etta G. Skinner (Hunter); and his son James "Jim" Skinner. He is survived by: his children, Debbie (David Richards) of Johnston, IA, Peggy Roberts of Vandalia, Dan Skinner of Brownstown, Gene Skinner of DuQuoin, David Skinner of Cathedral City, CA and Dean Skinner (Julie) of West Port, MA. He is also survived by one brother; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
