She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dubiel and Estella Dubiel (Howard); her husband John Lloyd Carter; her mothers-in-law, Bonnie and Mabel Carter; her children, David Lloyd Carter and Lisa Jo Carter (Jamie) of New Albany, MS; her siblings, Frank Dubiel (Phyllis), Mary Ann Lloyd (Arthur), Donna Robinson (Clifford), Betty Seidenstucker (Albert) and Rosie Wheeler (Eugene); and her siblings-in-law, Joe Carter (Wilma), Jim Long, Orville "Pete" Gable, Jack Pickel, Donna VanUytven (John) and Shirley Gremba (Joe).
She is survived by: her daughters, Marsha Sasse (Rick) of Vandalia, Linda Speerly (Dennis) of Millington and Rae Lynn Koehler (Mitch) of Brownstown; her grandchildren, Michael Sasse (Tammy) of Brownstown, Matthew Sasse (Sarah) of Vandalia, Daniel Speerly (Sarah) of Sandwich, Andrew Speerly (Jennifer) of Millington, Stephanie Stout (John) of Sycamore, Zachary Koehler (Madison) of Brownstown and Amanda Koehler (Cole Gordon) of Iuka; her great grandchildren, Corie Smith (Cody) of Altamont, Hunter Sasse (Annika) of Pittsburg, PA, Shelby Sasse, Addie Sasse of Brownstown, Logan Sasse of Vandalia, Kassandra Speerly, Carter Speerly of Sandwich, Bayley Stout, Blake Stout, Bryce Stout of Sycamore and Zayne Koehler of Brownstown; her great great grandchildren, Grace Smith, Maddie Smith and Avery Smith of Altamont; her siblings, Clifford Dubiel (Sharon) of Kingman, AZ, Allen Dubiel of Alexander, AK, Norma Gable of Shobonier, Nancy Pickel of Bryant, AK and Carol Long of Somonauk; and her sisters-in-law, Iris Martie (Lindell) of Ramsey, Carolyn Reynolds (Bob) of Springfield and Vicki Dubiel of Rock Falls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
