She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Plowman and Mary "Evelyn" Plowman (Hoover). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Keagle of Vandalia; her sons, Brad Stokes (Allison) of Carlyle and Robert Stokes Sr. (Laura) of Belleville; her stepson Bill Keagle (Kathy) of Joliet; her grandchildren, David Stokes, Stephen Tiebel, Robert Stokes Jr., Veronica Stokes and Steven Stokes; and her great grandchildren, Kayda McNeeley, Wyatt McNeeley, Nora Stokes, Robert Stokes Jr., Isabella Stokes, Grayson Prince, Hunter Stokes and Ava Stokes.
