She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Bolyard and Alma A. Bolyard (Willis); her husband Garry A. Lash; her siblings, Daniel and JoAnn; and her brothers-in-law, Junior Lash and Lonnie Lash.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Lash (Jessica Welch) of Crestview, FL and Anthony Lash (Crystal) of Crestview, FL; her siblings-in-law, Robert Lash (Ann) of Vandalia and Debra Kissiar of Vandalia; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Lynn Lash, Garry Austyn Lash, Anistyn Peyton Lash and Gabrielle Reilly Welch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
