She was predeceased by: her father Delbert Frailey (Carl). She is survived by: her mother Betty Crews (Rine) of Vandalia; her husband Carl E. Fisher; her sons, Rodney Manley of Vandalia and Rick Manley of Vandalia; her sister Barbara (Randy Doggett) of Brownstown; her half-siblings, Gerald "Dean" Frailey (Sue), Sandra Pruett and Jacquelyn Childress; her grandchildren, Meaghan Manley and Jagger Manley; her nephew John DuFaux (Georganne); and her nieces, Cindy (Dan Lutz) and Stephanie Dufaux.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fayette County Cancer Fund.
