He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Edward and Dolores Diane Carroll (Palmer); and his brother Dennis Carroll. He is survived by: his son Todd Edward Carroll (Carlen) of Paris; his brothers, Reynold "Rennie" Carroll of Vandalia and Jeffrey Carroll of Carlyle; and his grandson Noah Edward Carroll.
