It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn L. McCarty of Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Lee. She is survived by: her mother LJean Rush (Garrison); her husband Ed McCarty; her children, Joshua McCarty (Andria) and Kari (Dustin Fulk) of Brownstown; her sisters, Sharon Elmore of Vandalia and Rhonda Stilwell of Shobonier; and her grandchildren, Brenton, Everlie, Quinn and Daxton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkview Free Methodist Church or Griffith Cemetery.
