She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald V. Phelps and Helen J. Phelps (Willis); her children, Robert Taylor Jr. of Vandalia, Robin Steinkamp of Mulberry Grove and Kelly Taylor of Vandalia; and her siblings, Robert Phelps of Vandalia and Sandra Phelps of Vandalia. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren.
