It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Lambert of Vandalia, Illinois, born in Racine, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 1, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley O. Hammel and Anna Hammel (Cheslausky); and her husband Charles Hammel. She is survived by: her children, Lori (Mike Anderson) and C. Shane Lambert (Becky); and her grandchildren, Cassidy Anderson, Riley Lambert of Vandalia and Ryan Lambert of Vandalia.
