He is survived by: his wife Lenier Washburn; his children, George William "Bill" Washburn IV, Bryan Washburn and Shayla Washburn (Skyler Henson); his sisters, Joyce Wise of Mulberry Grove and Janet (Howard Belcher) of Vandalia; and his grandchildren, Brittany (Clay McNary), Dane Washburn, Desirae Henson, Jayden Henson and Skyler Henson Jr..
