She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Gill and Louise Gill; and her husband Nelson "Wayne" Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Mike Phillips (Tammy) of Knoxville, TN, Connie (Carl Perry) of Knoxville, TN and Dave Phillips of Shobonier, IL; her sister Sondra Hastings of Taylorville, IL; her grandchildren, Brett Phillips, Cory Phillips (Gabrielle), Steffen Kuykendall (Sarah), Patrick Kuykendall, Meaghan Phillips, Chris Steppan and Cole Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Zeke Phillips, Eli Kuykendall and Ember Steppan.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to First Church of God or the American Diabetes Association.
