He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Evelyn Elrina Rathbone (Koonce). He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Rathbone, Janet (Bobby Bolyard) and Leonard Rathbone; and his nieces and nephews, Harley, Carley, Charlie, Billy, Jennifer, Bobby and Steven.
