He is survived by: his wife Sharon Carter (Lee); his children, Michael Carter and Ronna Sarchet of Vandalia; his sister Ellen Marie (Mike VanUytven) of Ramsey; his grandchildren, Dravyn Carter, Jacob Carter (Haley Eskew), Shawn Sarchet (Elizabeth) and Brooklyn Sarchet; and his great grandchildren, Luna, Whyatte, Avelynn, Remington, Raegan, Rylee, Leo, Bella, Oliver and Isla.
