We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2018, at the age of 86, Flora Eileen Osborne (Vandalia, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Kelly and Millie LuDicie Kelly (Selock); her son Michael Richards; and her siblings, Harmon Kelly and Reva Durbin.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Osborne Sr. of Vandalia; her sons, David Richards (Debbie) of Johnston, IA, Kent Richards (Charesse) of Streator and Robert Osborne Jr.; her wife Stephanie of Vandalia; her daughters, Lisa Schukar (Rob) of Vandalia and Michelle Schaal (Barry) of Lenexa, KS; and her siblings, Vera Miller of Altamont and Joe Kelly of Brownstown. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Crawford-Hale American Legion Post # 95.
