He was predeceased by: his parents, Elden Nino and Sarah "Ethel" Fisher (James); his former wife Velva Schaal (Niehaus); his wife Marjorie (Davis); his children, Elaine J. Fisher, David L. Fisher, James W. Fisher and Catherine M. Otto; and his siblings, Dale Fisher and Imogene Bennett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Fisher of Vandalia and Sue (Chris Burke); his son-in-law Leon Otto of Ramsey; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Fisher of Pickerington, OH and Joan Davis of Muncie, IN; and his grandchildren, Christine (Jacob Bolyard), Alexandra Micklewright, Quinn (Evan Weisser), Lori Otto, James Riley, Scott Otto, Kari (Devin Holsapple), Staci Berkheimer, Tim Otto, Kevin Otto and Taylor Edwards. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren with one on the way; and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
