We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2019, at the age of 79, Donna Mae Webber (Vandalia, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Lofland and Ruth Lofland (Williams); her children, James Webber and Tonya "Toni" Davis; and her siblings, David Lofland, John Lofland, Shirley Potter, Janet Smith and Jeanne Lofland.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Webber of Vandalia; her daughter Holly (Tim Duffield) of Wyoming, IL; her sister Wilma Richards of Shobonier; and her grandsons, Timothy Davis and Cody Davis.
