He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar and Rosa Etcheson (Blankenship); his son Brad; and his siblings, Roy (Margarita), Maurice (Jane), Jesse (Grace), Edgar (Evadine) and Christina Elam (Marvin).
He is survived by: his wife Berniece Etcheson of Vandalia, IL; his sons, Steven (Ginger) of Mahomet, IL and Mark (Debra) of Ramsey, IL; his grandchildren, Heather Crandall, Stella, Sam and Alexis Koonce (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Eli, Chelsie Miller (Aaron), Tanner, Tucker, Casey Etcheson and Collin.
