She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Michel and Arlean Michel (Carter); her spouse Johnnie L. Hunter; her stepson Robert Hunter; and her siblings, Harold J. Michel and Alice A. McCray.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael L. Hunter of Vandalia and Patrick O. Hunter of Moweaqua; and her stepson Ronald D. Hunter (Vicky) of Macon. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church; where she was a member.
