He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn "Skinny" and Margaret "Peg" Tackett (Rush); and his siblings, Jim Tackett and Rose Pruett. He is survived by: his wife Donna Tackett of Bluff City; his children, Brandy Werner of Brownstown, Tyler Tackett of Brownstown and April (Sean Lockart) of Ramsey; his stepchildren, Theresa Everest of Springfield and John Kelley of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Kaylee Laws, Devon Dial, Hunter Dial, James Dial, Hailey Frailey, Brailee Lockart, Delaney Lockart, Braxton Diggs, Payton Diggs, Aiden Tackett, Cayden Tackett, Brittany Riddle, Brianna Porter and Jacob Everest; and his great grandchild Robbie Robinett.
