He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold and Blanche Love Harbison (Hawkins); his son Mike Harbison; and his brothers, James, Thomas and William Harbison Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Harbison; his children, Zachary Smith (Jasmin) of Carbondale, Jennifer Melton of Abilene, TX, Catie Smith of Vandalia and Haley Smith of Sacramento, CA; his siblings, Ronald, Dennis Harbison and Doris Hubler; and his grandchildren, Chrissy Melton, Caiden Melton, Parker Lewis, Tristan Lewis, Zoe Smith and Jax Smith.
