He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Boggs and Pauline Grace Boggs (Carter); his wife Donna Mae Boggs of Vandalia, IL; his sons, Steven Boggs, Jason Boggs and Jade; his sister-in-law Thelma Boggs of Taylorville, KY.; his grandchildren, Kymber, Reed, Parker and Luke; and his brothers, Carl Steven Boggs and Gary Boggs.
