He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvy Ledbetter and Flossie Irene Ledbetter (Reeter); and his brother Don Ledbetter. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ledbetter of Vandalia, IL; his children, Steven Ledbetter and Becky Welker; his grandchildren, Colin, Madison Ledbetter, Justin and Devon Roach; and his child Haisley Roach "Princess".
