"Cy" Locke of Vandalia; her children, Lewis D. "Chip" Locke Jr. of Baytown, TX, Leslie K. "Les" Locke of Dallas, TX and Lynette K. (David R. White) of Vandalia; her brothers, James L. "Jim" Hulskotter (Loann) of Cleveland, MN and Michael L. "Mike" Hulskotter of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Morgan of John, David II, Jeremy, Courtney, Julian and Stacy; and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Zackery, Davin, Hayley, Leif, Marlee, Sven and Zavier.
