He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Dee and Bonnie Lee Biellier (Sifferman); his wife Rowena Katherine Ghan; his brother Harold Biellier; and his grandson Lucas M. Knebel.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Biellier (Michele) of Beach, ND, Carla Knebel (Richard) of Vandalia, IL and Chris Biellier (Diane) of Prophetstown, IL; his grandchildren, Blake Biellier, Cassie Beesley (Terry), Toni, Keely Nelson (Dan), Travis Knebel (Emily), Cameron White (Brittany), Caleb Biellier (Stephanie), Quentin Topping (KD) and Carter Biellier; and his sister Dorothy Frieze of Osage Beach, MO.. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Youth Groups or the Vandalia Festival of Lights.
