He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Elmore and Marie Elmore (Tongate); and his spouse Nellie Richards. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca (Ronnie Hourigan) of Plymouth, IN and Robert Elmore of Vandalia; his grandchildren, Jamie Elmore of Vandalia, Justin Elmore (Natasha) of Vandalia, Alisa (Matt Kemmerer) of Indianapolis, IN and Lynsey (Bryan Hubbard) of Indianapolis, IN; and his great grandchildren, Egan McClary, Rylee Elmore, Joslyn Elmore, Malory Kemmerer, Andrew Kemmerer, Ayla Hubbard, Evie Hubbard and Maxxton Hubbard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Crawford-Hale American Legion Post #95.
