He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louie Ray and Naomi Moreland (Turner); his granddaughter Kaylin Moreland of Decatur, IL; his sister Mary Estes of Ramsey, IL; his niece Connie Roberts (Donnie); his friend Russell Schwarm of Vandalia, IL; his son Chad Moreland; and his siblings, Tommy (Louie "Eddie" Moreland) and Helen Oakley.
