It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Oliver (Vandalia, Illinois), who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billie Oliver to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Oliver and Fannie O. Oliver (Hunter); his wife Mary Evelyn Carter; and his siblings, Bobbie Oliver, Lois Oliver, Winona Childress, Mildred Sussen and Donna Moeller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Billye (David Dyer) of Vandalia, Bobbye (Michael Eulberg) of Vandalia and Connie (Grayland Bolyard) of Vandalia; and his grandchildren, Shelley Edwards, Kelley Banal, Mary Hasper, Billie Worker, Judson Clark and Will Bolyard. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Crawford-Hale American Legion Post # 95.
