She was predeceased by: her parents, Birl Obra and Bessie Mae Fisher (Wright); her husband Donald J. Philpot; her sons, Billy C. Philpot and Timothy J. Philpot; and her brothers, Brock Fisher and Claude Fisher.
She is survived by: her daughters, LaDonna (Danny Younker) of Ramsey and Melissa (Kevin Elam) of Vandalia; and her grandchildren, Melinda Younker, Jesse Younker (Megan), Lauren Palenchar (DJ), Josh Elam (Ranada) and Jake Elam.
Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or to Columbus Baptist Church.
