He is survived by: his parents, Dawn Crouch (Ryan) and Jason Sparn; his siblings, Austin Dickerson (Adrienne), Bryanna Crouch, Lyndsay Smith and Justin Blomker; and his grandparents, Anthony Ucci (Clara), Katherine Cullon (Brian), Art Sparn (Connie), Debbie Sparn, Alan Dooley and Fay Ross. He is also survived by aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
