He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ford; his children, Candie Warren (Rob), Angie Prange (Bill), Chuck Ford (Laura) and Henry "Butch" Ford (Leigh); his grandchildren, Chris Andres, Nicole Sambor (Andy), Josh Warren (Becky), Ryan Warren, Emily Warren, Brandy Hicks (Randy), Nick Prange (Lynn), Brittany Prange, Allison Ford, Andrew Ford, Collin Ford and Kylie Ford; his great grandchildren, Michael, Anthony, Vincent Sambor, River Kurschinske, Nora Warren, Sydney, Mason, Olivia Hicks and Harrison Prange; and his brother John Ford (Mary Ellen). He is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; & cousins.
