With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Pauline Esker of Valmeyer, Illinois, born in Granite City, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2024 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nelson and Mary Sellers; and her siblings, Frank Sellers, Joanne Schwertman (Peggy Miller) and John Pilch.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Esker (Libby) and Brian Esker; her grandchildren, Christopher Esker, River Esker, Morgan Anderson and Klaire Anderson; her great grandchild Rowen Lucco; and her friend Monika Shaw. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
