He was predeceased by: his father Curtis E. Scott; his son Isaiah Snowden; his brother Patrick Evilsizer; his cousin Troy Wright; his stepfather John Evilsizer; and his friends, Richie Allison and James Pitts.
He is survived by: his mother Sheery Evilsizer (Harlow); his wife Joyce Scott of Valier; his daughter Amber Lynn Creps of Centralia; his grandchildren, Azzan, La'Ron and Lin'Drea; his siblings, Curtis Scott of Centralia, John Evilsizer (Taylor) of Minooka, Kaysie Scott of Mt. Vernon, Cassie Scott of DuQuoin, Brandi Scott of Mt. Vernon and Michelle Scott of DuQuoin; his sister-in-law Judy Puterbaugh of Irvington; and his close friends, Dennis Schuchmann of Centralia, Robert Molton of Centralia, Michael Allison of Centralia, Big Jimmy Allison of Centralia and Tristan Allison of Centralia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
