He is survived by: his wife Kelly Waters; his children, Neil Goskusky (Loran), Jorie Swingel (Michael) and Grant Goskusky; his grandson Beau Swingel; and his siblings, Mary Shinnick (Tim), Tara Goskusky (Sam Levin), Bob Goskusky (Vicki) and Tom Goskusky (Karla). He is also survived by 9 nieces, 13 nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for Bill's favorite charities.
