With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Johnson of Utica, Illinois, born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on March 28, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Johnson and Lillian Johnson (Crear); and his brother Tom Ulanowski. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Panneck of Mary's Church; his children, Richard Johnson (Jill) of Ottawa, Lori Ulanowski of LaSalle and Jill Guthrie (Greg) of LaSalle; his grandchildren, Dustin, Baylee, Nolan, Marissa and Cassi; his great grandchildren, Luc and Noah; and his brother Kenneth Johnson (Mary) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family for his favorite charities.
