He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor H. Sr. and Alma F. Henerhoff Shriver; his siblings, Gene and Joyce; and his granddaughters, Jennifer Noble and June Shriver.
He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn L. Rabe; his children, Daniel Shriver (Carol) of Ursa, Jane Noble (Jeff) of Quincy, Victor L. Shriver III (Chip), Judy Hays (Bob) of Quincy and Jonathan Shriver (Molly) of Ursa; his grandchildren, Melissa Hackamack (Adam), Crystal Garman (Jeremy), Timothy Shriver (MacKenzy), Justin Noble (Jena), Victor L. Michael Shriver IV (Sarah), Matthew Shriver (Ashley), Luke Shriver, Paul Shriver (Angela), Rachel Asher (Garrett) and Ben Shriver; his great grandchildren, Brinley, Brooklynn, Blake, Emmaline, Xander, Troy Victor, Hunter, Everett, Sophie, Ayden, Riley, Conrad, Mavrick, Jaden and Rachelle; and his sister Carol Carlburg (Herb).
Burial: New Providence Cemetery, Ursa, IL Memorials: In lieu of flowers, he requested memorials be made to Gideons' International, Adams County 4-H Foundation, or Blessing Hospice.
