She is survived by: her children, Laura Ellerbrock (Randy) of Clayton, IL, Martin Cook (Carrie) of Clayton, IL and Rodney Cook (Sharilyn) of Loraine, IL; her grandchildren, Michael, Marlee Asher, Matthew Willing, Morgan Evans, Desiree Hicks, Ryan, Zachary, Amber, Caleb, Brandon and Jordan Cook; and her brother James Boden (Marge). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
