Scarber (Ursa, Illinois), born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hurley and Betty Hurley (Barnard); her husband Charles Scarber; and her sons, Randy Hester, Carl Scarber and Gene Hester.

She is survived by: her son Charles Scarber (Avary) of Ursa; her grandchildren, Angel Scarber, Charles W. Scarber, Miranda Hester and Dalton Hester; and her friend Donna Clines.
