He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nosser and Florence Nosser (Counts); his brothers, Steve and Abraham; his son Roger Nosser; his great grandchild Zeke Breckenkamp; his siblings, Jim Nosser, Hardy Nosser, Mack Nosser, Del Nosser, Maude Kaufman and Cebe Coleman; his siblings-in-law, Elsie Nosser, Carolyn Nosser, Opal Nosser, Gertrude Nosser and Leonard Coleman; and his parents-in-law, Arthur and Rachel Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Siebers (Miller); his children, Jeff Nosser, Darin Nosser and Rita Nosser (Sam Hefdlin) of St. Louis; his stepchildren, Becky Campbell (Greg) of Ursa and Douglas Siebers (Julie) of Belleville; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Campbell (Kristi Fessler) of Ursa, Alicia Breckenkamp (Brandon) of Quincy, Taylor Siebers of Indianapolis and Hunter Siebers of Belleville; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cierra, Danilee, Elizza and Fealixx Breckenkamp; his daughter-in-law Becky Nosser of Springfield; and his sister-in-law Mae Nosser. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
