He is survived by: his wife Beatrice J. Hoffman; his sons, Daniel E. Blickhan (Ricky Schild) of Memphis, TN and Dennis J. Blickhan (Diane) of Ursa, IL; his granddaughters, Taylor P. Blickhan (Austin Friye) and Tori N. Blickhan of Ursa; and his sister-in-law Jean Blickhan of Quincy.
