It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toni L. Summers of Urbana, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Summers and Kathryn Louise Summers (Guffey); her brother-in-law David Parrish; and her nephews, Cade and Carson Carter.
She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Summers (Christie) of Monticello, Kim Parrish of Monticello and Vickie Carter (Allen) of Monticello.
