She is survived by: her children, David Cook (Julie) of St Joseph, IL, Mark Cook (Dawn) of St Joseph, IL and Connie Thompson (Reggie) of Jackson, TN; her siblings, Donna Duckett (Gary) of Mahomet, IL and Dennie Williams (Laney) of Holly Ridge, NC; and her grandchildren, Sherrill Thompson, Casey Engel (Caden), Matthew Cook and Sam Cook.
