She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Palmisano and Ina Palmisano (Laroe); her daughters, Melanee Buck (Billy Powell Jr) of Danville and Angie Gill (Stu) of Mahomet; her grandchildren, Anthony, Brennan, Lindee, Cassie and Tucker; her great grandchildren, Maxx, Maizee and Ariah; and her siblings, Evelyn Scheib (Howard), David Palmisano (Margy), Johnny Ray Palmisano (Linda) and Steve Palmisano (Melinda).

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Home (101 N Elm St, Champaign, IL 61820). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
