He is survived by: his wife Nancy Andersen; his children, Justin Otis and Kristin Valentine (Aaron); his grandchildren, Ally, Kayson, Lexi, Keelie and Gunner; and his siblings, Roger Otis, Steve Otis, Pete Otis and Sharon Timmerman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
