He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Herzog and Dr Holly Rosencranz (Warren Lavey); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Herzog, Andrea Herzog, Allison Lavey (Elizabeth Anne Scharle), Stephanie Lavey (Jordan Eccles) and Douglas Lavey.
